​Gogar Services Ltd and its entities are committed to ensure that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chain or in any parts of our business. This statement is made pursuant to Section 54. Part 6 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps we have taken to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any part of our business or our supply chains.

Gogar Services Ltd and its entities are a leading provider in waste management services and biomass fuel provision in both residential retail markets and commercial markets nationally. Most of Gogar’s customer base is local authority and government managed organisations that are continually audited against all levels of compliance.

Our supply chains primarily involves the purchasing of components for our transport fleet including vehicles, spare parts and biomass materials including fuel.

This is reinforced by our company code of practices and social strategy.
